Word of the Week: “woolly bear”

If you go down to the woods today,
you’re sure of a big surprise…

Today’s the day the “woolly bears” have their picnic!

According to Wikipedia,
(and a certain Scottish man I know)
a woolly bear is a type of “hairy caterpillar”
(or “drysuit”, apparently).

Thankfully I haven’t seen any around here;
I had a bad experience with a “hairy caterpillar” when I was little.
It spiked me!

Next Wednesday: TBC
