I came across the idea of jelly orange slices
whilst looking for party food recipes
earlier this week.
They looked so quick, simple and fun; I had to give them a try!
Here’s what I did:
Chop oranges in half & scoop out the insides.
Prepare jelly mix & pour into orange halves.
(I put mine in ramekins to stop them tipping over,
but a cupcake tin would work for larger numbers.)
Leave jelly to set in the fridge overnight.
Chop each orange half in two.
